|Recommended: YesI like watching the birds and squirrels in the courtyard. — I've only been in the apartment for a couple of weeks. It is very convenient since I work right across the street.
|Recommended: YesPerfect — The entire team is amazing. They take care of every single details. Everything is perfect in here. It’s just annoying that the noise level is very bad between the apartments. I can hear my neighbors conversation when they’re a bit loud. Also can hear when they plant songs and musics lol.
|Recommended: YesI think it is great — I would definitely recommend this apartment to someone. The neighbors are quiet and the staff is helpful. However, we do hear scratching on the roof from the squirrels and it can get very cold in our apartment because the heat does not come through very well.
|Recommended: YesA wonderful experience — Living in Oakwood villa was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We lived there for 5 years. The apartment was efficiently run, the grounds were kept clean and maintenance fixed problems quickly, and the office staff were nice and polite. There was never problems of break ins or rude noisy neighbors. I felt safe while living there. I particularly loved the courtyard which was central and away from the parking area so the kids could play safely. The pricing of the apartment was reasonable. I had to relocate because I needed a bigger space. I definitely would recommend Oakwood villa to a friend
|Recommended: YesNeeds an update — It's an okay place to call home. The only issues is the noise from the street due to being so close to the hospital. If you're never home it's not a problem.
|Recommended: YesNice and kept up — The apartment is comfortable, clean and up to date. My neighbors all seem friendly and parking isn't really an issue. I have had to call maintenance a few times, but they have responded in a timely manner. The only things that aren't supplied are in-unit laundry, central air, and a storage area but if those don't bother you, it is a great spot.
|Recommended: YesChatira — Chitera the office manager is the best appartment manager I've ever had. She solves problems quickly. And takes care of maintenance issues in an expedientrate time frame. She has alway gone above amd beyond.
|Recommended: YesNew door — I really love my new vinyl door installed yesterday by Oakwood Villa. Very well built and it really brightens up the place.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, well-appointed, neat, and pleasant. — It's a quiet community, the neighbors are all professionals, the management is courteous and responsive, and I find living here pleasant and restorative. Very nice overall.

neighbor's are friendly and supportive. it can use some updating, but it has great water pressure in nothing is fallen apart .
